A feeling and a positive energy in this little corner of paradise in the Tena region.
This chalet is located in a strategic location with views of the mountains and surrounded by beautiful buildings, a neighborhood and friendly neighbors.
This cottage is built in the mountain style in burnt fir wood for the outdoors with the post-and-beam style and a roof covered with natural stones.
The idea of the creator "NOVELLY SA" is to feel comfortable in the chosen material, i.e. the wood that surrounds the chalet and which allows a better quality of life.
A terrace will allow you to enjoy the beautiful sunny days in Nendaz.
The chalet benefits from the sharing of energy resources (geothermal energy) and state-of-the-art insulation
modern techniques with low operating costs.
Winter shuttle bus stop located 20 meters away. It will take you to the start of the gondola lifts
Tracouet or to do your shopping in the centre of the resort during the winter.
